Payments and cancellations policy

We recommend you book a round trip service in order to get the best deal. The rates stay the same if you are arriving at one hotel but then leave from another hotel, given both hotels are downtown Playa del Carmen or in the Playacar area. Private units are just for yourself, while in shared units you might have to wait up to 45 minutes for all passengers. Approximate lenght of trip: 55-60 minutes.
